A Seymour teenage survived a nearly catastrophic head-on car accident March 8.
While traveling to a lacrosse practice on N. Knob Creek Rd., Megan Doyle suddenly edged off the right side of the road and struck a tree while driving a BMW.
The resulting impact crippled the front-end of the car, but Doyle remained well intact.
Family members reported Doyle was a bit shaken by the accident because the airbags had deployed, but was otherwise unharmed.
