Marble Springs State Historic Site will be holding an authentic 18th century hands on Open Hearth Cooking Workshop. During the event participants will not only be learning how to cook on open hearth flame but will also be broken into teams.

“Each team will create a different portion of the meal that will be served at the conclusion of the workshop,” said Assistant Director Ashleigh Oatts.

The historically inspired workshop will take place Saturday, March 9 starting at 10 a.m. with reservations being required by March 1 at 5 p.m. with a waiting list if needed.
