Liquor by the drink sales in Pigeon Forge have been up for debate recently as a vote held in the later portion of 2012 was recently struck down by Judge Telford E. Forgety.
The Sevier County Chancery Court Judge ruled last week a new vote is to be held regarding the referendum.
Such a change in local retail liquor law could have significant impacts on restaurants and other retail establishments.
