This week and last week Blalock and Sons Construction crews continued to make progress on Phase Two of the Highway 66 project by paving base layers of asphalt mix for the inside lanes on Douglas Dam Rd. to south of the I-40 Interchange.

The paving operations required lane closures Oct. 17 and 18.

Crews closed the left lane in both directions from 6:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

The left lane will be closed nightly in both directions Oct. 22 through Oct. 24. from 6:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
