The tractor trailer that crashed into a ditch June 12 was successfully removed by Floyd’s Wrecker Service.

“We had to use two trucks to pull it out,” said Terri Floyd, owner of Floyd’s Wrecker Service. “It took eight hours to pull it out.”

In addition to the two tow trucks required to extract the vehicle, two other trucks had to be used to haul it off site.

“Because of how difficult it was to get it out, we had to haul it the next day,” Floyd said. “We used one large flat truck for the tractor and a wrecker for the trailer.”
