Temporary lane closures will be in put into place to facilitate a 5k race this Saturday.
The closures will be on Dolly Parton Parkway (right westbound lane from Cherokee Circle to Old Newport Hwy.) and Old Newport Hwy. (eastbound travel lane; no eastbound traffic will be allowed.)
The race is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. Lane restrictions will be removed as the race progresses and all lanes should be reopened no later than 8:45 a.m.
