Two Seymour residents are among several University of Tennessee students who have been awarded scholarships to study abroad.
The Center for International Education at the University of Tennessee awarded scholarships to 106 students who will be studying abroad during spring break and during the spring semester.
Ethan Fulwood and Benjamin Ogle are the two Seymour residents who received scholarships to study abroad during the spring semester.
They are among 100 students who have received $1,000 scholarships. All of the scholarships are funded by the $10-per-year fee that undergraduates pay.
In addition to the Seymour residents, Luke Waring of Sevierville also received a scholarship to study abroad this spring.
