A Sevier County woman has been arrested after she made a false report of an aggravated rape assault.
     On July 8 officers responded to the 911 call at 1339 Willow Creek Lane in Sevierville and the woman at the house hold them she had been raped at her house by an acquaintance.
     Officers and Investigators initiated an investigation at that time and it was later learned through the investigation that the alleged victim had falsely accused an individual of the allegations.
     Deputies and Detectives had searched several areas of the county for the subject until the following day when Susan Wagers admitted, after being re-interviewed, that the allegations were false.
     Wagers was charged with false reports and is currently in Sevier County Jail pending at $25,000 bond.
