Knoxville – Over 3,000 rods, customer and collector cars will be on hand at the Chilhowee Park and Expo Center this week as the National Street Rod Association presents its 36th Annual Street Rod Nationals South.
The city’s largest car show will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 30 and May 1 and from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 2.
Along with all the cars on display, the three day event includes an automotive trade show, arts and crafts fair, a vintage auto parts swap meet, and daily entertainment.
Tickets are $14 for adults, $5 for children six to 12 years old, and free for children younger than six.
A special discounted $12 admission is available for military personnel with proper military identification, NSRA members with their current membership card, or anyone 60 years of age or older.
Tickets will be available at the Chilhowee Park and Expo Center during the event.
