DEL RIO — Gannon’s French Broad Outpost Ranch, the only dude ranch in Tennessee, will play host to an event that allows guests to relive the history of the Wild West days April 1 through 4.
      The Wild West Days event will host nine-time Grammy winner, Asleep at the Wheel and Michael Martin Murphey.
     The event also includes a visit to a Native American village and Western tent town, cowboy action shooting and a “talk” with General Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson.
     Cowboy mounted shooters and horseback rides will also be part of the festivities, in addition to a chuck wagon cook-off and an appearance by cowboy poet, Waddie Mitchell.
