The restaurant located at 10321 Chapman Highway has long been a gathering place for Seymour citizens. The Lions Club, several local community clubs, local politicians and The Shiloh Riders Club are just a few groups who depended on the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant to conduct their group meetings and enjoy the fried fish.
The restaurant has been for sale for some time. Even an unsuccessful auction was held.
Prichard told the Herald he would be leasing out the restaurant. “I’ve got two potential existing restaurants that are interested, but a lease has not been signed as of yet,” stated Prichard.
Many in the community frequented the popular establishment and will not have to find another restaurant.
