According to Sevier County Sheriff Ron Seals Sevier Co. Sheriffs Dept. Street Crimes Unit assisted U.S. Drug Enforcement Agencies from Knoxville and Kentucky in the execution of a federal search warrant at 3236 Alton Dr. in Kodak.

Pursuant to the search warrant the property was searched and a large amount of Sch. II (Oxycontin) was found in the home. Also during the search numerous firearms and approximately $215,000.00 in cash was seized.

The investigation is part of a joint effort between Federal, State, and local authorities in Tennessee and Kentucky.

Mack A. Napier age 65 of 3236 Alton Dr Kodak was arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice from the state of Kentucky.
