The Seymour Zaxby’s is set to officially open January 7th according to Fred Weir, one of the partners of the new owners.

“We will be doing a “soft opening” and after a couple of months we will have our official Grand Opening,” Weir told the Seymour Herald.

Weir, who resides near Atlanta said he will be at the Seymour location on a regular basis.

“We have hired quality people who will do an excellent job to provide top-notch quality customer service,” stated Weir.

The partnership already owns several Zaxby’s locations in Atlanta and is partnered with other restaurants such as Up-the Creek and el pollo loco.
