According to Sheriff Ron Seals a 30 year old Sevierville man has been arrested and charged with aggravated burglary.

On Monday August 27th at app. 9:46 PM SCSD received a call from the area of Piney Rd. in Kodak of glass breaking and a woman screaming at 130 Piney Road.
Officers Justin Wyrick and Curtis French arrived on the scene and found that someone had broken the window and made entry and vandalized the home and also flattened the tires on a vehicle at the residence.
Officers noticed blood on the broken glass and also observed blood in the house.
Upon investigation Officers went to a neighbor's home where they encountered Kenneth Ray Montgomery Jr. and saw that he had fresh cuts on his arms and hands.
Upon questioning Montgomery admitted to the officers that he broke into the home and vandalized it and also vandalized the vehicle.
Montgomery was taken into custody at the scene and was transported to Sevier Co. Jail where he was charged with Aggravated Burglary and Vandalism by Off. Wyrick.
A $20,000.00 bond was set and Montgomery will be arraigned in Sevier Co. General Sessions Court.
