I am writing to you to express my concern about your recent public comments that made the front page of our local newspaper in Sevier County. After a recent 2,000 gallon sewage spill on Boyd's Creek, you were quoted as saying that the spill was "minor." It concerns me that a regulator for the State of Tennessee, charged with enforcing the Clean Water regulations would say such a thing. I find your comments to be callous and unprofessional at best.
